If you want a nice big yard with your mobile home lot, this
is it. Lots of large older trees. Very very convenient to
shopping and major highways. Very quiet and well kept.
"Good neighbors" Lots of room. The one U-shaped road is
exactly 1 mile long and perfect for walks or walking the
dog. Good for families. Well water, not city water. Mail
house, Basketball court. Green, Green, Green, Peaceful.

think it’s a joy to live here. This is a quiet neighborhood
and everyone here in the park is nice and friendly. The park
owner is a very nice man and I enjoy chatting with him from
time to time.

I have
lived at Village Squire Mobile Estates for 10 years. I have
found that if you read your lease and abide by it, you won't
have any trouble with park management at all. I feel this
is a very safe place to live. It is quiet and very
convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and other retail
stores.
